Hilton Molino Stucky Venice Unveils Newly Re-designed Venetian Ballroom and Conference Centre

At the heart of this new offer

Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, an emblematic destination on Venice's Giudecca Island, which has its roots in a masterfully restored historic flour mill heritage, recently unveiled its reconfiguration of the Venetian ballroom and conference center. This update strengthens the hotel's position as one of the main meeting points in Italy for MICE events - meetings, incentives, conferences and events. By combining modern aesthetics with the building's authentic industrial heritage, the redecoration gives the hotel's multi-purpose spaces a sophisticated look, being perfect for a variety of events, from international meetings and corporate meetings to gala dinners and exclusive celebrations.

The hotel's location on Giudecca Island offers a distinctive alternative to conventional locations in the city centre, being accessible by a short boat ride from St. Mary's Square. Originally built as a thriving mill, the hotel was transformed into a recognized hotel in Venice, harmoniously combining outstanding industrial architecture with contemporary Venetian elegance. With 379 rooms and suites, it is poised to host both large corporate groups and smaller incentive expeditions, offering a varied range of accommodation, along with an extensive selection of restaurants, bars and wellness facilities.

At the heart of this new offer is the Venice Ballroom, a sprawling 840-square-meter space completely free of columns, capable of holding up to 900 participants. This hall is one of the largest events venues in the northeastern region of Italy. Its flexibility is exceptional because it can be divided into five independent sections, each with its own access. The revitalized design, modern details and customizable arrangements allow organisers to create unique frames for a wide range of events, including large conferences, exhibitions, but also elegant receptions or sophisticated dinner tables.

It made its spectacular debut, the Venice Ballroom, on September 6, 2026. The inaugural event was the prestigious amfAR Venice gala, organized at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival. This evening filled with top names in film, fashion, art and entertainment brought together celebrities such as Pamela Anderson, Orlando Bloom and Marina Abramović, under the direction of Oscar-winning director and actor Taika Waititi. Live performances were provided by Mimi Webb and Bebe Rexha. The gala managed to raise nearly $3 million in support of amfAR's pioneering biomedical research programs, while also providing an impressive showcase for the reconfigured ballroom, demonstrating its ability to host large-scale international events.

In addition to the Venice Ballroom

In addition to the Venice Ballroom, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice has an extensive arsenal of flexible meeting and event spaces. These include 2,500 square metres of indoor meeting facilities, plus 1,200 square metres of dedicated outdoor space. The hotel's Conference Centre comprises 12 meeting rooms, equipped with modern technology and natural lighting, suitable for smaller meetings, board meetings, workshops or working sessions which can accommodate up to 70 participants. A generous and bright hall adjacent to the ballroom provides an extra elegant space, ideal for receptions, networking sessions, coffee breaks or cocktail parties. In addition, spectacular outdoor venues provide opportunities to expand events beyond the traditional conference setting. These include the Stucky Garden, a quiet place perfect for intimate receptions and outdoor dining, and the Skyline Rooftop Bar, where participants can enjoy cocktails against the spectacular backdrop of Venice's emblematic skyline.

The waterfront terraces also offer separate private dining rooms, networking receptions and special holidays overlooking the Giudecca Canal.

The hotel's expertise is supported by an event and meeting team that works closely with the organisers to create personalized experiences, providing expert support throughout the planning process. This dedication to excellence has been recognised by the prestigious World Travel Awards, which has designated Hilton Molino Stucky Venice as a World-Leading International Conference Hotel for three consecutive years, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The hotel has also received significant recognition, being named the leading conference hotel in Europe for ten consecutive years and the leading conference hotel in Italy for thirty consecutive years.
