Leadership Perspective

David Goodis, founder, chairman, and CEO of Revelex, reflected on the company's journey. „As we celebrate 27 years this month, we are reminded that sustainability in travel technology comes from continuously seeking better ways to serve an industry that never stops,”Goodis stated. He emphasized that Revelex has always believed technology should make selling travel and planning vacations easier. „The launch of these two new products is another step toward that goal, and we are excited about their potential to revolutionize the cruise booking experience,”he added.

Revy AI Capabilities

Marco Gomez Van Houten, Director of Digital Experience at Revelex, explained the AI tool. „We developed Revy AI to make cruise booking more intuitive, bringing smarter and more personalized assistance into the booking process.”The system supports both B2C and B2B experiences. It works alongside travel advisors on the PowerAgent 5 platform. Users can describe preferences like destination, departure date, and budget to find relevant cruises. The AI also helps navigate categories, fare codes, and booking requirements. It integrates real-time business rules, operational practices, and payment procedures. Revelex plans to expand Revy AI beyond ocean cruises to river cruises, hotels, guided tours, flights, and vacation packages.

3D Deck Viewer

The new 3D deck viewer transforms traditional 2D plans into interactive 3D representations. Users can explore ship layouts, visualize individual cabins, and compare cabin categories. This tool helps clients make informed decisions by seeing exactly where they will stay. The company stated that this innovation bridges the gap between digital planning and physical reality. It allows travelers to inspect facilities and room locations before committing to a booking. This transparency reduces uncertainty and enhances the overall customer experience.
